He's been a member of the Ventura City Council for 31 years and local businessman for over 50 years. He graduated from Ventura High School and Ventura College. City Council Service recordDeputy Mayor four years and Mayor of the City from 1987 through 1989. Jim has been proud to serve on the Ventura City Council from 1978 to present. |
